Welcome to the JLR Specialist Property Services website, we portray only a small scope of our capabilities on our web-site therefore any questions free to contact us if you have a problem, every job is different to us and a challenge, we investigate, locate the problem, supply our clients the actual proof and evidence in order to recommend the correct solution, and in many cases carry out guaranteed remedial work .
Our History
JLR was established as a general builder in 1984. We expanded the business in 1986 with JLR roofing. In 1988 we achieved NHBC registration with an A1 rating after building houses, bungalows, and flats. JLR Utility Services was formed in 2010 including Jetro-Rod Drain and Pipe Services.
Evolved Capabilities
Nearly four decades of experience and familiarity with old and new buildings provides us with a wealth of knowledge of how a property is constructed at any particular time. Combined with our latest diagnostic equipment and training allows us to find the evidence to solve any property problem where others fail.
Unique Business
We always ask for the history leading up to a problem, who has been working there ? or trying to repair ? it has been over 20 years since apprenticeships and qualified tradesmen e.g. a plumber can be so called qualified after a quick crash course rather than 4 years of training, subscribing to a trader check site and get friends to add 'reviews', the internet is full of tradesmen using images of other people's work ..... we at JLR may be only a few months down the line to investigate their work & problems, a high percentage of failures is down to the 'labour' and not the 'material' .
Many of our clients initially contact us with prior ongoing problems. Some are told the problem is one thing when it is another, or told the problem is dealt with and have paid repeatedly. We solve the problem and, more importantly, supply the client with actual evidence within a report followed with a solution. We are often asked to complete the remedial work.
We professionally view work in such a way that we can determine a solution to a problem and try to avoid huge costs of reinstatement or lengthy inconvenience.
Our client portfolio has been generally developed through recommendations. Caring for clients is paramount to us. Please note we do not advertise or subscribe with any ‘trader’ platforms for many reasons.
